         This collaborative effort brought together experts from around the world to address the critical challenges of sepsis management in settings where resources may be constrained. As the lead author from Malaysia, I am deeply grateful to all our international collaborators who contributed their invaluable expertise and insights to this consensus statement.

We hope these recommendations will serve as a practical guide for healthcare providers working in resource-limited settings, ultimately helping to improve patient care where it's needed most.
